ok im a little confused on what type of load im trying to get with these subs yet alone how to get that load. I have two infinity 1252W subs and i think they are 4 ohm subs correct? and it says impedance 2 or 8 ohms so is that the load im trying to achieve? and i have a mtx mxa4002 any idea how many watts this amp is its big but i read somewhere that it was 200 watts and then i read it was 400 RMS watts so i dont know. so whats the best way to wire this setup

The subs are dual voice coil 4ohm models, so you can either wire them for a 1ohm or a 4 ohm load. Based off that amp, you would want to bridge it, making it 400rms X 1 @ 4ohms. That will give you 200 watts to each sub.
