when my amps are on with no volume one of my subs tweaks and rumbels.you can hear it when changing the song. if i run sub one to amp one works fine when i run second amp to second sub using the pre-outs from the first one, i get this problem, if it's fixable please help

Could be a number of things including bad ground, improper gain setting, bad speaker wire, bad RCA cable, defective amp, defective speaker, etc.  How is this system set up and how is it installed?  What are the makes/models of the gear?  What else is in the system?

Chances are you lost ground on the shields of your patch cords going to amp 2    why not get a set of Y adaptors and not use the output of amp 1

   and what happens if you bypass amp 1 all together, does amp 2 make noise if it is the only amp being used?
