Well, We installed a stereo system, which included 2 12' subs in a custom box. It was kind of hard to get the box in such small trunk, but, we checked everything after we finish the install and everithing was working fine, so I was just wondering if any of you guys had this kind of problem before. The latching mechanism is similar to those on cadillacs

OK I'm gonna say the obvious and I'm sure you have already checked but the box isn't hitting the trunk lid is it where that glass meets the metal there is literally no room above that parcell shelf if thats where the box is.
