hey guys im new here and i have a question for you guys i was looking at some merlon audio woofers (12') and they say the recomended air space is 1 cubic foot does that sound right?

WHO says? The manufacturer? If so, then... 1 cube. I've seen 12's need from infinite space (i.e. infinite baffle) to 5 cubic feet all the way down to .75 cubic feet...

If the manufacturer says one cube, then, yeah... one cube...
