i am installing a radio in the truck and i am not getting any sound from the speakers the car comes with a factory amp i have figured out that it is the 2nd verson wire colors and in the speaker wire bundel there is a bare wire is that a ground do not know why i am not getting any sound

are you using a harness or cut the factory and splicing into it?

More likely then not you are not sending a 12 volt trigger to the factory amp.It is the dark blue wire all the way at the end of the power plug.
