What is the proper wiring to hook up a PDX 1.1000 to one SWX-1242D. The way I tried was to hook each voice coil to its own power output, because the PDX has 2 outputs. This didn't work it had no sound. My head unit is a IVA-D100, i cant find the setting to turn the subwoofer output to mono instead of stereo either. Any suggestions, got a fair bit of money invested and didn't want to damage the equipment.

Did you have the sub level turned up? Each time the battery is unhooked the sub level on my alpine head-unit is reset at 0.
