What exactly do you want to know?  Where to connect the wires, how to go about it, or  just a good description of the whole process?

It's a 24v surge protection value. It operates at 12 volts and can handle surges upto 24 volts. This is common on all caps.

1. Hook up the ground wire to the (-) terminal of the cap
2. Unthread the (+) terminal of the cap & insert the power wire & thread the connector onto the cap
3. On the other end of this power wire going to the distribution block you insert the resistor between the end of the wire & the distribution terminal
4. The cap will now start to slowly charge
5. When enough time has elapsed, push the power wire into the distribution terminal with the resistor still attached until it is inserted into the terminal
6. You can now slide the resistor out of the terminal
7. Thread in the bolt and your done.

* When you touch the positive to the terminal of the distribution block there may be a spark . This way if it does spark , it won't be on top of the cap rather inside one of the distribution block's output terminals. ( better way this way if you are going to be showing off the cap in an installation.)
