I am new to this and wouldappreciate any info on install or general knowledge!!!!!!!!!!!

How do u figure the ohms?

use a multimeter and use the ohm setting to measure the resistance in a circuit..........for example to measure ohms on a speaker connect one lead from your meter to one terminal on the speaker and one lead to the other.

if you know the ohm ratings of whatever you are wiring, it depends how you are wiring them- for example, two 4 ohm speakers wired in series will produce an 8 ohm load (4+4) and the same 4 ohm speakers wired in parallel will produce a 2ohm load (4+4)/4
