I don't know if you guys have noticed yet, but there are a growing number of Metra kits that do not allow Alpine's flip down faceplate CD players to open. Todays latest was their 2001-2005 Ford Focus kit. The AI model for that car works fine. So far there are about 10 differant kits that do this, if I have time over the weekend I will compile a list and post it here.

Same with pioneer and JVC. That me kit for the focus sucks really bad. I dont like it one bit. why couldnt they have just dont the 5802 like the explorers and trucks kit??

The AI kit is like a Honda kit, snaps into the dash. Sweet.
