looking for a 5 or 6 channel amp to give

90X2 for fronts

60X2 for rears

100-150 for rear

all RMS.

does have to be complete 100% match with the RMS requirements but should be at least 75-80%close.

like for the fronts anything between 75-80X2 will do and 50-55X2 for rear is fine too. you get the point:)

am looking to spend between 200-300 bucks.

300 bucks is about halfway there. This amp is very nice and will easliy fit the bill. The model #MCH600 Memphis Belle, you'll have to go to amplifiers to find it, link was general.
