for radio removal, there are instructions that are on www.metraonline. go through the vehicle selector guide, then click on kits. it will list a kit, then you can download or just view the instructions.

For door panels, not a complete guide, but a nice one.

I'd say to go ahead and get a Haynes or Chiltons manual for your car. You'll prolly use it more than you think.
