i have a fusion pp-am10001 an i have 2 pioneer 12" 1200watts dual 4ohms when i wired down each speaker to 2ohms the amp will shut down in 5mins

um...two dual 4 ohm speakers wired in parallel will show a final load of 1 ohm.

that amp is not 1 ohm stable..that is why it shuts down
