tried to install a radio in this vehicle but couldn't find harness or antenna.... any help I would appreciate

I have 70-1858 and 99-3000.  there wasnt anything to plug the harness into  or the antenna adapter, and i wanted to know if they where located somewhere else.  we had a blazer a while back and we had the same problem
