I was wondering if anyone can tell me what they think of this subwoofer. Are they worth the money?
How to they match up to other subs?
I dont have a place where I can listen to them so I was hoping to get some info/opinions on here.
I think I would prefer as much SQ as possible along with all that boom, so I guess making the box just right would be the most important part of my system.
Also I would have two powered by two Rockford 1500.1bd amps @4ohms

They rock out pretty good, however they require a pretty large vented enclosure around 3 cu.ft each sub.

Nah. I'd do the TC Sounds thing if I were you. You did say you want SQ as well as the boomboom.

We put my friends 15 Type R in my 4.3 cu ft ported box tuned to 40hz with 112.5 in^2 of port...powered by an ED Nine.1 pushing 1200 watts to it...I liked the way it sounded. SQ was pretty good and it was loud as hell
