We installed a 4ch amp with 4 new speakers on the factory deck (Not Bose)
We used 1 loc and will add another
by adding another loc to the front 2 speaker outputs
#1 Will this make the factory bluetooth and on-star work again?
#2 Does the onstar/BT run sound to the front speakers?
#3 Will it run on the amp ok ?
#4 Also the door chimes...Will they work on the amp?
#5 If i use a pac remote turn-on mod ..Will this alow the rap shut down to work the same?
The pac mod works off power/ground/ and speaker voltage to trigger.
As long as the radio is on the pac-mod should stay on ...Right?
I know you can buy a door chime mod , but they are so junky
I would just get rid of it if it was me.
This is how I think it should be done. Or? Do they make a mod for this app?
Any ideas would be very helpful. I would like to keep all the factory functions working on this truck. Thanks, Mike

Ok this idea worked
just use 2 locs and the remote turn-on gen/mod
You have to tweak the amp a lil bit to make the Phone/Onstar/radio
all not be the same loudness
The remote turn-on mod runs the amp, stays on with the factory radio till a door opens and then stays on a lil bit longer for door chimes and such
So this works just like factory
In case anybody wants to know
