I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 Touring that I have installed an aftermarket cd player in. The deck is completely hooked up except for the accessory wire, my problem is I can't find an accessory wire from the factory radio location. Any help to locate it would be greatly appreciated.

There is no accessory wire in the harness for the factory radio.  It turns on via a DataBus wire.  There are several companies making harnesses for these cars.  They are not cheap, but they take the data from the car's computer and give you a switched output.

I am sure somebody else can give you a part number and manufacturer for the harness.
