i have 2 Power Acoustik 12" MOFO-12 1200 Watts RMS|2400 watts power handling So what do u think should be a good amp for these subs?

Duel 2 ohm around 350

$350? Good luck, Maybe you can find something used. I doubt it. If your looking for an amp that will produce 2400 watts rms, plan on spending a lot more. If you want a amp that produces 2000x1 @ 2ohm look into the memphis mcd-4kw, retail is around 1850........
