ok i just finished installing my jvc avh-6500dvd i played a movie its fine nice pic and sound music cd too nice then i change it to the radio now this is the problem i have for some reason i cant hear the radio i have the hide away box connected properly to the antenna and the black wire with the purple ends connected properly to the stereo and the hide away box please please help me gang dont know what to do

try calling jvc,i had a problem with a nav unit and i called them and they helped me out
