I figured I'd ask, I have an 04 Ram w/ the factory steering wheel controls. I know they make adapters for aftermarket stereos; however that doesn't mean it works.

What is the consensus? Is it worth it? I want to upgrade to a Kenwood DVD/Nav/TV tuner in dash system so I can get the news, watch DVD's and so forth commuting to work. I have come quite accustom to the controls and hate to lose them. I was looking at this unit (PAC SWI-X):

Is there a better unit?  I am open to suggestions. It is a 2004 Dodge Ram Quab Cab w/ the OEM Infinity in dash 6 disc CD player.

Thanks.
