bought a 9875 and FINALLY got it installed after a week of trying to get the right harness and dash kit. now thats its finally in the ipod search wont work. i hit the search button but nothing happens. i can use my GF's ipod and works to the point till i want to select the song and hit play and it wont play. anyone have ideas to why????

I would try and reset the headunit and see if that does anything.

Maybe try and update the ipods on itunes to current software flashes, seems like a long shot but it may make a diffrence,,,
