is 1 volt difference too much?

I have a fuse block that has a volt gauge and a volt gauge on the cap. With the car on, the fuse block volt gauge is at 13.5v and the caps volt gauge is at 12.55v.

Is that too much? do I need to calibrate the gauges?

Meter them, these gauge are generally off.
