I have 2 1001bd amps and a stinger sp1700power 2 battery with an 100 amp alterntor, Now will I never run this this system more then 1 hour while driving. mostly on freeway. Will this set up be able to power both amps?

No. 100A is not enough. It doesn't matter how many batteries you have, all the power comes from the alternator.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

This guy at a shop by my house has 2 15" stroker pro's each is pushing 2000  watts rms. He had his truck off at the time and played it for a good 1/2 hour and it hit like crazy. When I asked him about his system he said cuz of his batteries play it like that but I didnt see them, I will go back  and ask him if I could take a look to see it. Maybe he had his amps hooked up to something else and I didnt see.

When the vehicle is running, the power source would  be the alternator, the battery at this point is for starting the car. When the vehicle is off it powers up off the "storage device" or the battery. Upgrade the alt and wiring for charging system.
