I got in a accident and my security cd got scratched i fixed it with disk doctor now my radio is stuck saying sec help and the serial###. i tryed the reset button nothing works is there anyway to clear the radio so i can just install the security cd and get my music back,.eclipse is no help they want 25 dollars to tell me how to do this.

Well, then... I guess the ESN is working... Your only option is to go buy a replacement CD, OR pay the 25 dollars. If your key CD is a copy, or a mixed disk, now you are left with the 25 dollar option.

I am sorry that you can't access your tunes, but the ESN is doing EXACTLY what it is supposed to do, and Eclipse is doing exactly what they SAID they would do, in regards TO the ESN.
