I hooked up an amp and a set of Diamond Audio component speakers to my Pioneer DEH-P590IB head unit and something went terribly wrong. I started to smell smoke so turned off the car immediately. Now the head unit will turn on but there is no sound at all. Is it possible that I fried something inside the head unit? Somebody please help me.
