2007 Scion tC

i am grounding my zx450.2 at the rear strut bolt and it is fine for the amp, however i also have a zx1500.1 and that is not a sufficient ground for the larger amp... i tried under one of the seats (sanded and prepped) and it wasnt enough either..

anyone have experience with larger systems in this car can give me some tips?

i have already done a big 3...

thanks.

I don't understand how one ground is sufficient for one amp but not the other.

What happens when you ground the mono amp to either of those places?

The reason it may not be sufficient is because of the larger current flow.

As far as finding a ground, I would say you may have to create your own. On my Camry, I had to run a bolt, star washers, and I grinded the paint off of the interior side.
