How would some one know how to find the factory amp on any car?

Or what would be some of the steps on trying to find one?

Without being vehicle specific, you can always trace every harness from the factory head unit or even easier, from each speaker... :|

The easiest way to find it is to let us know the make model and year of the vehicle.  And we can tell you where it is.

you would be suprised at the variety of places a factory amp can be hidden

it is very vehicle and model specific
