Has anyone figured out a way to keep the factory SW working after swapping out the deck ?

If you are bypassing the factory amp, than their is no way. You can only do this if an adapter is made for the specific vehicle.

Didn't have to bypass the amp for the speakers. There is a separate harness nest to the standard harness that I am sure is for the factory sub amp. Didn't have time to try anything with that harness.
