Can anyone tell me where the "factory" amp is located?

Think it's behind the left rear wheelwell in the trunk. Sure it's an 84 and not a '94?

Does this car maybe NOT have an amp?

Antone got a suggestion on wiring the thing? It has those funky euro plugs, and I'm assuming a common ground.

Any way to generate a tone thru this harness.???? God I hate BMR's

Does it have the fader switch thing either on the dash or near the shifter?

I dont think it does have an amp.  I thought it used a metra harness # 70-8590.
