i have them all hooked up and i cant figure out whats wrong its just not working and the amp is getting power idk i hope one of you guys can help me out if you need any more info just let me know

I would start by checking the RCA make sure they are connected at the radio properly. You might have a bad set of rca's. Run a new set as a test, see if that helps any.  If those dont help, get a small speaker you might have around. Use that as a test speaker. Unhook the sub from the amp and use you test speaker to see if that gets power.

Check the remote lead too. I spent an entire weekend troubleshooting something similar for a friend that turned out to be a broken blue wire under the carpet. Annoying, but easy to fix.

take a battery...usually a drill battery and touch it to the possitive and negative wires comming from the sub to the amp...try it one way then switch the wires touching the battery to the other side...if it moves in and out  you can completely take that out of the problem side of the list.
