boss sub

HELLO j.e.s.t.e.r here

dose anyone have the instructions for a boss amp250n amplifier

there is a switch on the end for the stereo and mono (bridged)which is set to mono and the sub on/off switch is set to on.
all i need to know now is
1)    which terminals to bridge? (unless done electronically)

and

2)    which terminals to use for my tornado sub?

Typically bridging  the amp...you use L+ and R- 4ohm load. Don't try and use a dual 4ohm wired in parrallel. You start a fire!

NO!!! That's not what he was saying! The woofer can present no less than a 4 ohm load, this is true... But since you weren't specific as to WHICH Tornado woofer you were using, I'm going to assume you know how to make certain that your woofer is AT LEAST a 4 ohm load. DVC 8 ohm, wire in parallel. DVC 2 ohm, wire in series. DVC 4 ohm, wire in series or leave amp in stereo mode, and wire one coil to each channel of the amplifier.

Once you have done that, if you look above the terminals ON the amp, you will likely see what you have to connect to for a bridged mode connection.

TYPICALLY, you will use the two outermost terminals, and they should be marked as to their polarity. Do not connect the two innermost terminals.

my woofer is a mutant nw1250sb 12inch 700w max 4ohm
my amp is set up as follows

and my speaker terminals look like this


as you can see there is no print to show the bridged output!
so shall i use the outer two ie r+ and l+ and if so, the speaker - goes to witch one

Not getting on anyone's nerves at all, I just wanted to make sure you weren't gonna blow anything up!

Your woofer is single voice coil, so this makes it MUCH easier.

Since there is no manual, and there is nothing printed to say so ON the amplifier, I'd use the two outside terminals on the amplifier. (the two positves) You won't break anything doing so, and I can pretty much guarantee that's the bridged mode, as with the two terminal in the middle being negatives, they are common inside. This means you HAVE to use the two positives, and the "bridge" switch inverts one of them.

Connect the woofer positive to the amplifier R+ terminal, and the woofer negative to the amplifier L+ terminal.

You'll be fine.
