new system, looking for a bit of advice

Im installing 4 3-way speakers in my car (front and back)and hooking them up to a 4 channel amp i have which im gonna guess is giving out 211.5w max a channel at 4ohms
getting that figure from 14.4x30=432
            432x2=864 (has 2 30amp fuse)
            864/4=211.5

The speakers are pioneer 220w 35rms 4ohm and fusion 200w 55rms 4ohms

i have 2 questions that im sure you guys would be able to anserew pretty easy, the first one is, is it fine to hook those speakers up 2 that amp without problems of over powering, my guess was yes due to amps not offering true power ratings but yeh, i wanna make sure.

and the second is, i'm also introducing a second amp into my setup for my sub, i plan on using a distribution block to provided the 12v power to it and my 4chan amp, its fused in the main line, id like to find out if i should fuse it after the distrbution split aswell? and what id have to up the ampage to in the fuse so that it does its job of fusing the 2amps.

Any info would be great thanks.

owh one last thing, whats the best way if i have to cross power and signal cables to do so? is it best to run it at a 90degree angle or dosnt it matter?

What amp is it? You are also figuring 100% efficiency, which NO amp is...

Forget all the peak (or max) numbers, they are meaningless. Provide us with an amplifier model number, and we'll be able to give you a FAR safer answer!

The distro block SHOULD be providing you with the necessary fuse ratings for the output wire. It should never be larger than the wire is rated for, this holds true for the underhood fuse as well.

Fuse a #4 for 150A, and a #8 for 100A.

Yup, slow down some for sure. 60 amps of fusing in a 4 channel amp is going to equate to about the 50-75w rms per channel mark. So update your post as Dave has requested and update your profile so that people know where you are from.

Hmm, those model numbers arn't that visable

Headunit: Pioneer DEH-P7950UB
Sub Amp: Boss Audio BA2210
Speaker amp: Yokohoma(i think) and it doesn't have a model number.

The amplifier for the speakers says "no model number*" and as a footnote *Manual claims 75w x 4 @ 4ohms.

What you have proposed wilb be perfectly acceptable. Go for it!

Be sure to set your gains on the no-name amplifier appropriately, and you'll be golden. As I said, be sure to fuse your underhood wire according to the gauge of the wire, and at the distro block, (it should be a fused one) the same rule applies.

Awesome thanks, 40amp should be fine for 8guage wire yeh?

and any comment on how the power should cross the signal cables IF it has to happen?

#8 is safe to 40A, no problem there...

As far as crossing audio cables, I've never had any issues with even running them completely parallel with each other, but most people would recommend crossing at 90 degrees, if absolutely necessary.
