IF you are not an authorized dealer and you have a shop, what happens if you buy car audio brands from a wholesaler and sell them and install them??

That's between you and the wholesaler. Ask them if they will honor warranties, exchanges, etc. for you.

So you can sell whatever you want even if someone already sells that line, though it won't carry the manufactors warrenty since its through a wholesaler??

Again, ask the wholesaler. If they are an authorized distributor, they should honor the manufacturers' warranties.
