Does any one know where and how i would install an aftermarket stereo into a 2006 Mazda6?

That would be a challenge, to say the least. Your best option is to go with a 3sixty. Not only is the radio in different parts of the dash, the peices themselves are very obsucre in shape.

I have not used one yet , but Metra makes a kit for this car. Model 99-7507 and it includes the wire harness.

TurboKits now makes a kit for that vehicle. We got a catalog today.

The metra kit works pretty well.  I've used it two or three times now with no problems.  The only problem really is the price of it.
