What's up?  i have a 1976 chevy silverado regular cab, and i need to find a place to fit an Audiobahn A2200HCQ high current amp.  the dimensions are 3.5"H x 12"W x 24"D,  i mean its a big freaking amp.  i dont have much space at all behind my seat, because i have 2 wedge boxes for 2 10" audiobahn ALUMQ subs, anybody have any ideas??

a: under the bench, if adequate airflow permits
b: put a pieve of MDF cut to fit against teh back wall of the cab, from floor to bottom edge of the rear window.
cover this in automotive cloth, vinyl, what have you.
mount the amp flat to this so the amp sits across the back of the cab, behind the bench.
that's how I'd do it, since normal-cab trucks are rather limiting for space.
If you want to secure that board behind the seats, make an L-shaped plate of it, so it has a bottom that extends along the floor of the truck to the bolt positions for the bench, and set your boxes on top of this, or find a place to screw the board in, without going through to the outside of the truck if you can, and be sure not to puncture any fuel or brake lines with a screw :)
