I have pioneer 850-mp and 2 audiobahn 1200q's wired at 4ohm ,2 mtx 2300 ,my problem is when i turn my volume from 0 to 1 my speakers pop ,even when changing radio stations it does the same thing any ideas?

I would say grounding issues, either the ground for the radio itself, or the all to common pioneer rca connection issue. The ground (outer) portion of the rca's has a very easy to blow fuse on it. The fix is to attach a wire to the outer shield and then attach the other end to ground. Good luck!

yeah thats what i thought to so i hooked up a ground and attached to rca's and still does it ,It also does it when u turn it on so i went as far as to make sure the radio was grounded so i sanded the metal down and still have the problems , I hooked up a noise filter and still has popping noise , I was also thinking maybe bad rca's ....
