i blew my output chip in my deck just wondering how this coud be fixed

It's probably NOT just the chip. I seriously recommend returning it to a proper service center.

The chip will have it's part number is on it. You should be able to buy a replacement based on that number directly or cross-referenced. SOME manufacturers will have the parts made for them without any markings, so as to maintain their propietary nature.

If really bent on repairing it yourself, the manufacturer can provide you with a block diagram/schematic with all industry standard part numbers, which you can purchase (generally) from nearly any respectable electronics parts house.
