Does anyone have info on this amp? It is a california 2400 model that says 400 watts, and bridgable. Is this a 2 ohm stable amp? any info would be great.

No it's not.  Indeed I think it's only 2X4-ohms rated, which means if you want to bridge it you need to use an 8-ohm load.  And it might put out 400 watts for 1/10 of a second just before it bursts into flames.  Profile California amps are pretty poor quality.

what will this amp do with just (2) 10" 4ohm subs? mabey 100watts each?

The Profile California 2400 is rated at 200X2 @ 4-ohms.  It's lower quality than Soundstorm, which is a door stop.
