Any one got the wiring for Pioneer i.p. bus wiring. i want to hook up another brand of cd changer to it . i am willing to cut and solder .

If it's not a pioneer brand changer than you're not gonna be able to control the changer, no matter what you with the wiring.  Different brands use different protocols and unfortunately they're not compatible with each other. 

Pioneer makes an adapter that converts the IP-BUS port on the head unit into an auxilliary audio input (RCA) type thing but that's mainly used for hooking up stuff like PS2s or mp3 players. Even if you had that, you'd need a CD changer that has RCA outputs.  Check this out for more info.
