Hey guys i have 2 run of 0 gauge ran, the big 3 done, a 225amp Excessive Amperage alt and 4 yellow tops. My system only reaches 13.6 at best when i have my rpms up and my alt cranking with no bass. What could cause this and also im running 6000 watts rms. Thanks

The voltage regulator in the alternator must be set too low.

If your alternator is externally regulated, but if its all in the alternator then no, you would have to contact the manufacture of that alternator.
