I was wondering if anyone would happen to have a pic of the OEM subwoofer enclosure out of an 02-05 Explorer.

I am trying to figure out if I could fab a box to use the factory location and house a single DVC 8 or 10.

I have been searching everywhere for a pic of the box out of the car and a pic of one in the truck, more or less a view of how Ford finished off the panel.

I don't have any pics, but I made a box for two 10's a couple of years ago. If memory serves me right, I used shallow mount 10's from earthquake. I know there is not much room at all behind the panel.

I glassed the side panel of the truck then made a wooden front piece and glassed the two together. It fit behind the side panel, by a millemeter or two. (with the excursion of course) I took the factory "grill" off of the panel and recovered it in some simple grill cloth. It turned out pretty sweet.
