Has anybody tuned a system with one of these processors yet? I'm wondering how long to book out a job for tuning this. I am planning on doing all the automatic alignments and adjustments. Then on top of that spending about an hour doing manual tuning.

All the automatic ones SHOULD take about 5, maybe 10 minutes. The manual tuning in my car took me HOURS and HOURS to do to my satisfaction. I don't use the Alpine piece, but I have one that does (effectively) what the Alpine does, except the auto set-up.
It's all going to depend on how ridiculous you want to get with YOUR tuning.
