Anyone have any experience with this car as far as adding a sub and amp? I am going to be using a small 2 channel Arc XXK amp on Tuesday and would like to hear any problems or issues people have with them?

I noticed that there was one 12volt Positive post with a nut on it in the fuse and relay area, I assume that that's where I am going to get my main power lead.

Thanks for any info...

Yeah, there should be the main 12 volt battery in the back hatch area, and there is a jump starting post under the hood. The 12 volt battery is charged by a dc-dc converter and you don't want to overload it with too much power. I would recommend the smallest amp you can get by with and the most efficient one at the same time such as the Alpine PDX amps.

So which location did you use? The one under the hood or the battery in the cargo area?

Thank you for the info!

Actually I haven't done an install in one myself, I just know a little bit about the charging system because I dispatch the Toyota roadside assistance so I did a little reading up.
