Here are the specs on my enclousre 22.25 x 16.5 x 13 and here is the panel list 2 – 22.25 x 16.5 Front Baffle and back panel
2 – 22.25 x 13 Top and bottom panels
1 – 11.5 x 16.5 Right side endcap
1 – 9.25 x 16.5 Portside endcap
1 – 18.5 x 16.5 Port length, should extend into the box 17.75” Port should be 1.5 inches wide from top to bottom on the left hand side. So what is going on here? I can't seem to get this to make sence on paper unless I change something OR unless I'm thinking of a differnt kind of box. The box I have in mind is the type where the port is the same height as the box and is basically a self that goes into the box. Even if this is the type that a rectangular whole has to cut into the baffle it still seems off.
BTW, mocking up my 380CS' this weekend too. I was qouted $1000 at 2 different places for work I can do myself so....

We sometimes DO $1000 work for ourselves. Because you may be able to do it yourself doesn't diminish its value. As far as the panel list is concerned, use graph paper and draw it out. If you have to make a change you will be able to see it more easily. ------------- Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

1 – 18.5 x 15 Port length, should extend into the box 17.75” The above assumes you are using 3/4 inch material, and the endcaps mount inside of the other pieces. As Stevedart suggested draw it out and make sure it works out for you.

I understand the math in how the box goes together the problem is with the port side end cap. It's only 9.25" in length and that would leave a 6x15 port opening. The only way to have it make sense would be to use the 18.5 piece as the "shelf" to form the port but even then since 6" has been removed it would only be 12.5"
I have to be missing something, any way I put it together it seems off so I was hoping maybe somebody with experience could see what I'm not seeing.
Yeah, I do work all the time that would otherwise cost me a ton of cash as far as it's value... when I know I can do something myself it's not worth it to pay someone else. For instance, new roof for my small home $5000 contracted, did it myself for around $700. That's not always the case but for me it is most of the time.

Did you notice I adjusted the size of several pieces? The endcap is only 9.25 inches because if you add the 3/4 inch of the port material you are at 10 inches. The port is 1.5 inches 10 plus 1.5 = 11.5. That is the inside dimension af a 13 inch box.

Oh, no I didn't notice. But you did help figure out what I was doing wrong, thanks!!
I think I want to build it with a 1.5" front baffle (making it 13.75) so using the manufactures box specs it would be:
3 – 22.25 x 16.5 Front Baffle and back panel
2 – 22.25 x 13.75 Top and bottom panels
1 – 11.5 x 16.5 Right side endcap
1 – 9.25 x 16.5 Portside endcap
1 – 10 x 15 Port length 17.75”
1 - 5.5 x 15
Yeah, that should do it.

Looks like I have some more adjusting to do. Is this your final box size? Notice the adjusted sizes 3 – 22.25 x 16.5 Front Baffle and back panel
2 – 22.25 x 11.5 Top and bottom panels
1 – 11.5 x 15 Right side endcap
1 – 9.25 x 15 Portside endcap
1 18.5 x 15 Port

That looks good too.
I'm going to triple check my space but it should be the final size without a problem, I could do 32x18x13 without much trouble. I like your inside end caps a little bit better then the outside ones, both are just as easy to build.
It's strange to me that it has a side vent though. Would a front vent have less port noise because It's making less turns and the air isn't crashing against a wall right before it exits?

The only way the port endcap and port measurements you gave in the beginning would have worked was if the endcap was an interior piece.

Okay so after making some more measurements I've come up with my final size based on the manufacturer's specs. I get the same box volume and what I believe is the same port area. I say that because they have .231cf (15 x 1.5 x 17.75 /1728) for the port area, and my new box will have .231 (13.5 x 1.5 x 19.75 /1728)
Overall exterior size of 28.5 x 15 x 12 with 1.5" wide right front port
2 - 26.25 x 13.5 1.5" Front baffle
1 - 28.5 x 13.5 Rear
2 - 28.5 x 12 Top and bottom
1 - 13.5 x 10.5 Right side end cap
1 - 13.5 x 11.25 Port side end cap
1 - 13.5 x 8.25 First vent shelf
1 - 13.5 x 9.25 Second vent shelf
With a 2.5" port
2 - 25.25 x 13.5 1.5" Front baffle
1 - 28.5 x 13.5 Rear
2 - 28.5 x 12 Top and bottom
1 - 13.5 x 10.5 Right side end cap
1 - 13.5 x 11.25 Port side end cap
1 - 13.5 x 7.25 First vent shelf
1 - 13.5 x 2.375 Second vent shelf
I need to a little more research about the port width opening, I don't want to have any port noise.
