I am making a vented enclosure and I want to cover the inside of the port with some finish so that when you look at it you don't see wood. Do you guys have any suggestions of what I should use? I was thinking of an ABS sheet that I would use because I've seen that before. I didn't know if it affected the sound at all though. I didn't really want to spray paint it because I want it to look good and I think spray paint won't look good. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Is the box already carpeted/covered? If not, you can spray the whole thing (including the inside of the port) with rubberized undercoat spray available from auto parts stores. If you do it right (I think about 20mins between coats) it'll look nice.
Keep in mind that anything you 'line' it with will decrease the inside diameter a bit... try to keep it thin (if you do use the rubberized undercoating spray, you don't have to have it too thick, just enough to cover the wood.

That will also help dapen (sp) the box making it sound better as well.

That is a pretty good idea i could try. Is that stuff hard to get even because it will be pretty hard to spray in the port.
The box is going to be covered with black carpet.
You'll only be able to spray as far as you can see into the port -which is all that matters. You could even spray them before assembly -just make sure you leave bare wood so the glue will work.
Why is spray paint out of the question?

I just think it will not look good. I wanted more of a professional look and spray paint seems kind of cheap.
I would just use spray paint. I just recommended undercoat spray b/c you could do the whole box with it.
-Whose going to be inspecting the insides of your ports, anyway?!
