Have a 07 Pacifica with OEM 7 speaker Infinity system. Wiring diagram shows left/right signal and PCI bus wire from head to remote amp. I think fade and balance occurs at amp by control signal passed through PCI.
Can I intercept the left/right signal with a line level EQ (Like AudioControl EQL) so I can EQ the whole system? OR does the left/right not just carry audio content and a inline EQ might screw everything up?

One thing I forgot to inquire that may pitch the whole idea anyway. It the audio signal between the head and amp on an OEM Infinity System like this pre-amp or speaker level?
