96 sunfire 2.4l been doin car audio for 6 yrs (started early) but always broke soooo heres my $330 system guarantee loud as crap for price i cant keep mirrors on my windshield

alpine headunit FREE!

rockford 800 block amp busted when i got it remote wire tab FREE!!

orion west coast customs subs $80

red top $170

standard slot port box $100

wiring and misc $80

nice i like the simple look you got! simple yet crazy loud for 300 i bet! good install. you do the work yourself? PS. cut a slot in the carpet and run the wires under the carpet. looks clean as crap if done right! lol

i have sine re routed the wires the amp actually sits on a board cut to a specific legnth as to hold the box in place far back in the trunk so nothing is mounted to the car so if it gets stolen my insurance will cover it nothing is attached to the car other than the battery   also im the only one who touches my stereo everyone else around here sux so i am my own installer

nice nice. i do all my work too. had a radio done at circuit city one time and the forgot a couple mounting screws and it fell behind my dash! lol. how do those orions sound?

honestly for the cost these orions are the loudest by the dollar subs ive ever had especially since theyre only promo subs typically showpiece not true spl type subs but that rockford 800 helps lol

subs mounted correct

its a little cleaner new rca's not a permanent install so its not super clean also need to put a bigass cap under the hood (backwards install) reversed cap and battery

with two redtops it shouldnt need a cap. if it is still drawing too much power. get a kinetic power cell battery.

its got almost 3 times the cold crank amps as a red top. they are the BOMB! how big is your alt. and how big is all your amp fuses added up?

oh dang. lol. never seen it backwards. hope you know you need to get a gooood cap cuz the engine heat will melt the cheaper ones in a heartbeat lol

UPDATE!!!!!!    ok i got 2 new things here first i got a cheapo hydrogen fuel saver system then i got 3 bazooka RXT-114 triangle subs  and then about 5 days ago my water pump went out and now the biggest change im puttin the sunfire out to rest and im gettin a s10 blazer 94 4.3l vortec so its all goin in the blazer                   pics to follow

Alright thought I would offer some help, but if thats the attitude your going to have, Im quite sure many of the people I deal with would even deal with you.   If your here to get advice and suggestions thats good.   You have lots to learn, and I thought going to a well established shop would possibly help you.   You apparentally have it all under control though

UPDATE!!!  well i cracked a dust cap so i scrapped the whole setup all gone so the next step is im putting in 3 triangle 10" bazookas in a 3 cube box

I know this is a car audio site and not to change the subject but out of curiosity , Did you ever get to use the Hydrogen Fuel Saver and if so ,did it do what they claim?
