On that Dodge Ram dash did you do some significant cutout work behind the dash to fit the Avic D1?

There was a little cutout but not alot. I did a 10" screen in a dodge ram once that was a lot of cut out though.

Very nice!  I am thinking of doing the same thing with my Dodge Ram.  Did you buy the face panel somewhere or fabricate it?

Yes I made the face panel quite easy really. I just cut the top out a little and the bottom a little then filled the sides in with ABS. I plastic weld everything so I dont have things crack on my customers. It takes a little more time but they dont come back to have things fixed. Just to have me do more for them. I also made a 10" monitor fit into a dash of a dodge ram. We are going to take it out now though the customer wants to go bigger. posted_image

Love that suv!! Extremely nice! Great rims and paint, and the interior is awesome! That's one slick vehicle. Did you do the fiberglass work? Looks like it took forever. As for the Dodge, It looks nice too. I don't like Memphis buy I've only heard their low end... I heard the high end is much better. (MOJO series) How loud is it? (assuming you got a mic reading) Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the compliments church. I have been doing this off and on for 12 years. I have been trying to post new pics of the Dodge Charger that I just built for our company demo vehicle. Hopefully I will get them up soon. Thanks again.
