This is for a 2007 Gl1800 Goldwing. I have the lights and the wiring with switch and a 4 pin relay. I want to have the high beams on, then turn auxiliary lights on, then the lights would go off when the high beams are switch off. And at anytime the auxiliary lights can be turned back on.
I know the high beam trigger wire on the bike. Question is should I use a 5 pin relay and use 87a as the high beam trigger wire with and or a diode and what would a schematic of the setup look like? Thank you.

The high beams will automatically control the aux lights. If you want to choose whether or not the aux lights come on with the high beams, just install a switch on the wire with the diode.

Thank you. So with this setup, when I shut the high beams off the auxiliary lights will go out?
