I wanted to post on my successful laptop integration into my car stereo. The headunit is a Kenwood DDX6019 (discontinued). Something worth sharing to the members is that for a couple months I kept mulling over adding a ipod adapter to my deck. I inquired through the various online stores, local stores and all that. They all said I had to by an 80 to 100 dollar adapter and i had to by this other adapter to use the compsite aux inputs. THey also were quick to say that they would install for me within an hour.

Make a long story short I come to find out, through my own investigation and one hell of a long time removing a console on 350z. i had the aux composites already attached to the detect right there in my face

so i managed to take this and implement the laptop integration into my car stereo. Wireless networking I have expanded my car audio playlists to an expotential quantity.

No more 255 files per directory, mp3 data limits on dvd/cd's. No my fellow members it boast at its introductory 180gb.

I transfer the files by pulling in my garage and jumpin on the home wireless network. With a well organized mp3 file server to work with my library just went big time.
