Hello, I recented got a hold of the WRX / STI service repair manual
For those of you looking for the location of the neutral safety switch is is located at the ecm connecter B137 pin D9
The ecm is located under the passanger seat carpet toward the front of the car, if you need help locating it and getting to it let me know
If you have any other request, let me know. i might be able to locate something in the manual for you
